Animal control is contracted to the West Highlands Animal Services. Lost pets, off-leash complaints, animal welfare.
Visiting City Hall
Wheelchair accessible, no appointment needed for most things.
City Hall has accessible parking, an automatic main door, and accessible washrooms on the main level. Most public counters serve walk-ins, but for larger meetings (planning pre-application, FOI follow-up), call ahead so the right staff person is available.
