Master Plans
The long-range planning documents that shape what gets built, where, and when. Eighteen plans on file, covering everything from water mains to wildfire to the cemetery.
A master plan is a long-range strategy document that guides decisions in a specific area of City work, water infrastructure, downtown development, parks, transportation, and so on. Each one carries a vision statement, an assessment of current conditions, and a list of actions the City has committed to working through over time.
The list below is unusually long for a city Silvermere’s size, which is intentional. The City uses these plans to make capital and budget decisions defensible and consistent across Council terms.
