Field bookings in Silvermere are handled by RDWH Recreation, not the City. One number, one form, one team to talk to.
Why RDWH and not the City
The City owns and maintains the fields. Bookings, fees, and scheduling are handled by RDWH Recreation under a regional service agreement, the same arrangement that runs the Silvermere & District Community Complex. One office, one calendar, one phone number for the whole region’s recreation infrastructure.

Silvermere fields
The main concentration of sports fields in town sits at the Park Complex, which hosts both soccer and baseball facilities. RDWH confirms specific availability and field assignments when you book.
For larger events
A regular field rental from RDWH covers practice and league play. Anything bigger, tournaments, vendors, amplified sound, or spillover into adjacent parkland, also needs a City Special Event Permit under Bylaw 376. Apply at least one month ahead and carry $5M liability insurance naming the City as additional insured.
