Bus service
Silvermere’s local transit is operated by BC Transit under the West Highlands Transit System. Routes connect Silvermere’s neighbourhoods to downtown, Highwater College, and surrounding communities including connections to Millhaven and Brookvale.

handyDART (accessible service)
If you have a permanent or temporary disability that makes using the regular bus difficult, handyDART is BC Transit’s door-to-door alternative. It picks you up at your accessible door and drops you off at your destination’s accessible entrance.
Registration is free and is handled through BC Transit. Trips need to be booked in advance, same-day requests aren’t guaranteed, so plan ahead when you can.
